Refund policy

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, below you can find our policy for refunds/returns/exchange.

We offer a 14 day Refund, Return or Exchange guarantee, valid from the date you receive your order.

To request a refund/exchange/return, please email - or send us a DM @AMidnightVendetta with your order details, along with a description of your reasoning and type of request. In the event that the product is faulty or damaged, please provide photographic evidence. If you are exchanging due to size, please include the size you would like to exchange for.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund lost returns. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in returns shipment. We take pride in our work and customer base, if your return is due to a faulty item, depending on the context, contact us ( and if you are not liable for the problem, it may be reconsidered. Every order is packed with care by Jacob, and proof checked before being sent out. 

As our jewellery is made from stainless steel, we do guarantee that the quality of jewellery will last, is highly durable and non tarnish. However, like all jewellery, it is not indestructible. Pieces can be broken or damaged if they are used poorly or mistreated. We advise you to use your provided jewellery box to keep your pieces clean and in the best possible condition, as well as handling your jewellery with care. If you break your jewellery, it is not liable for a refund/return unless it is due to a defect. If any damage occurs within the 14 day grace period of receiving your item(s) then you are automatically covered. Any questions please contact us and we will be very happy to help.

We use our best efforts to make our product shots as accurate as possible to display our products, if you have any query's, or if you aren't entirely satisfied with your order - please contact us as we are more than happy to assist you.

Due to the manufacturing and polishing process, it is not always possible for every single piece to be identical, as far as fine polished detailing and placement go. As every piece is checked before shipment to assure selling standard, minor imperfections like these are not considered a defect. We would never send out a piece of jewellery that we wouldn't be happy to wear ourselves.


To be eligible for a refund/exchange/return:

- All items must be unworn (except for being tried on) and with original packaging

- All items are undamaged and in a resell-able condition

- You place your request within the 7 day window of receiving your order 

Any items that do not meet the above criteria are not eligible.

We do not offer any refund/return/exchange services due to a change of mind.

You will be required to pay for the shipping of the new item to you. Once the return package is received and cleared we will pack your exchange and contact you to arrange payment of your preferred shipping method.
