We are a primarily single person operated business, so we make our best effort to prioritize our customers and business over a general day to day schedule, however within this schedule same day shipping is not always achievable. Australia post are a highly reputable and reliable handler for national and international shipping. However, it is important to know that once your order has been dispatched via Australia post, the speed of delivery is out of our hands. As we do not handle the delivering process, we cannot be held liable for any postal delay, lost and/or damaged parcels AFTER it has been dispatched. While these occasions are highly unlikely, don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.

Please also note that some international orders (shipping outside of Australia), might include an additional customs/tax charge on arrival. This depends on the country it is being shipped to and their local law.
