Refund policy

We offer a 21 day Refund, Return or Exchange guarantee, valid from the date you receive your order.

You also receive lifetime warranty for any tarnished or defected jewellery.

To request a refund/exchange/return, please email info@amidnightvendetta.com with your order details, along with a description of your reasoning and type of request. In the event that the product is faulty or damaged, please provide photographic evidence. If you are exchanging due to size, please include the size you would like to exchange for.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order.

To be eligible for a refund/exchange/return:

- All items must be unused and with original packaging

- All items are undamaged and in a resell-able condition

- You place your request within the 21 day window of receiving your order
